Mondera is a 40 m² premium one-bedroom transportable tiny house developed by TSD Çelik Yapı for the European market. Its single 12 × 3.30 m module contains a living room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is built in Gaziantep with a hybrid structural system that combines a heavy steel chassis with a light gauge steel frame, and is delivered turnkey.

Mondera – Floor Plan and Living Spaces
The front door opens into the kitchen area in the middle of the module. At one end is the living room with seating, in the middle an island kitchen with a breakfast bar for four, and at the other end the bedroom with a four-door wardrobe. The bathroom with shower cubicle sits between the kitchen and the bedroom. A 2.70 m internal height and windows along both long sides create a spacious feel in a compact body.
What sets Mondera apart is its premium interior: matt lacquered kitchen and wardrobe, wood-panelled internal walls and aluminium windows with tempered reflective glass. On the outside, grey fibre cement surfaces meet a wood-effect entrance panel. Transport dimensions and connection details are designed for European logistics.

Turnkey Scope
Mondera is completed in the factory and delivered turnkey. On delivery, the following is ready:

- Design: The layout, interior arrangement and equipment are finalised according to your needs.
- Factory production: The chassis, frame and all building components are manufactured to the millimetre in our facility in Gaziantep using CNC cutting and roll-forming technology.
- Shipping: The building is shipped turnkey to the installation site.
- Commissioning: Electricity and water are connected; the building can be used without any construction work.
