Delta42 is a transportable two-bedroom modular steel home measuring 3.5 × 12 m with 42 m² of living space. A main bedroom, a children’s room, a bathroom and an open-plan living room and kitchen fit into a single module. It is built by TSD Çelik Yapı in Gaziantep with a hybrid structural system combining a heavy steel chassis and a light gauge steel frame, and is delivered turnkey.

Delta42 – Floor Plan and Living Spaces
At one end of the module is the main bedroom of about 10.5 m², at the other the living room and kitchen of about 14.5 m². In between are the children’s room, the bathroom and the hallway. This arrangement separates the two bedrooms within a narrow body and keeps the shared space open.
At 3.5 m wide, Delta42 is easy to place on narrow plots and in small gardens. Thanks to its transportable modular design, it can be moved again if your needs change.
Turnkey Scope
Delta42 is completed in the factory and delivered turnkey. On delivery, the following is ready:
- Hybrid structural system of heavy steel chassis and light gauge steel frame
- 10 cm stone wool insulation and moisture barrier in walls, floor and roof
- Fibre cement exterior cladding and matt lacquered wood-panelled internal walls
- Thermally insulated aluminium windows with tempered reflective glass
- PPR-C composite fresh water lines and PVC waste water pipework
- Laminate flooring
No construction work is needed on site; once electricity and water are connected, the building can be used immediately.
Production and Delivery Process
- Design: The layout, interior arrangement and equipment are finalised according to your needs.
- Factory production: The chassis, frame and all building components are manufactured to the millimetre in our facility in Gaziantep using CNC cutting and roll-forming technology.
- Shipping: The building is shipped turnkey to the installation site.
- Commissioning: Electricity and water are connected; the building can be used without any construction work.
