Cihan 80 is a single-storey, one-bedroom steel house by TSD Çelik Yapı with 60 m² of enclosed space and a 20 m² veranda. Measuring 11.8 × 6.8 m including the veranda, the house has a large living room and kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom, and can be used as a country house, holiday home or permanent home for small families. Its structural system is made in our Gaziantep facility from S280 grade galvanised light gauge steel.

Cihan 80 – Floor Plan and Living Spaces
The entrance opens onto the 20 m² covered veranda. The 28.6 m² living room and kitchen receives daylight through large glazed openings facing the veranda. The 14 m² bedroom and 7 m² bathroom are reached via a 4.4 m² hallway, so the living and sleeping areas stay separate.
What sets Cihan 80 apart is its veranda, a third of the size of the enclosed area. In summer it works as an extension of the living room; with its gable roof and anthracite roofing, the house has a simple, modern look.

Production and Delivery Process
- Design: The plan is finalised architecturally and technically according to your plot conditions and requirements.
- Production: The light gauge steel structural system, wall and roof elements are produced in our facility in Gaziantep.
- Shipping: The manufactured building elements are securely packed and shipped to the installation site.
- Assembly: The steel structure is erected; wall, roof and insulation works are carried out.
- Handover: Interior and exterior works are completed, final checks are carried out and the house is handed over ready to move in.
The delivery time stated in the contract is 60 working days. It starts once the down payment has been received and the foundation slab has been handed over in suitable condition.
