Eco Laguna 30 is a one-bedroom transportable tiny house measuring 3 × 10 m with 30 m² of living space. With an L-shaped kitchen and breakfast bar, a separate bedroom and a bathroom, it is designed for people who want a large kitchen in a small home. It is built by TSD Çelik Yapı in Gaziantep.

Eco Laguna 30 – Floor Plan and Living Spaces
Right next to the seating area are the L-shaped kitchen and the breakfast bar; the bar doubles as a dining table and a work surface. The bathroom and hallway are in the middle, and the bedroom is at the far end.
Eco Laguna 30 has the same dimensions as Sirius 30 but gives more space to the kitchen. The breakfast bar removes the need for a separate dining table.

Eco Laguna 30 is completed in the factory and delivered turnkey. On delivery, the following is ready:
- Hybrid structural system of heavy steel chassis and light gauge steel frame
- 10 cm stone wool insulation and moisture barrier in walls, floor and roof
- Thermally insulated aluminium windows with tempered reflective glass
- PPR-C composite fresh water lines and PVC waste water pipework
- Laminate flooring
No construction work is needed on site; once electricity and water are connected, the building can be used immediately.
Production and Delivery Process
- Design: The layout, interior arrangement and equipment are finalised according to your needs.
- Factory production: The chassis, frame and all building components are manufactured to the millimetre in our facility in Gaziantep using CNC cutting and roll-forming technology.
- Shipping: The building is shipped turnkey to the installation site.
- Commissioning: Electricity and water are connected; the building can be used without any construction work.
