Sirius 30 is a one-bedroom transportable tiny house measuring 3 × 10 m with 30 m² of living space. With a 12 m² living room and kitchen, an 8 m² bedroom and a 3 m² bathroom, it offers complete living in a small footprint. It is built by TSD Çelik Yapı in Gaziantep with a hybrid steel structural system and delivered turnkey.

Sirius 30 – Floor Plan and Living Spaces
At the entrance, the living room and kitchen share one space; the kitchen worktop along the long side and the seating area make efficient use of the 12 m². The bathroom is in the central hallway, and at the far end is the 8 m² bedroom, which fits a double bed.
The Sirius 30 layout is simple and clear: every square metre is dedicated to living, sleeping or the wet room, and circulation space is kept to a minimum.

Turnkey Scope
Sirius 30 is completed in the factory and delivered turnkey. On delivery, the following is ready:

- Factory production: The chassis, frame and all building components are manufactured to the millimetre in our facility in Gaziantep using CNC cutting and roll-forming technology.
- Shipping: The building is shipped turnkey to the installation site.
- Commissioning: Electricity and water are connected; the building can be used without any construction work.
