Turnkey Scope
On delivery, the following works are completed:
- Light gauge steel structural system, external and internal walls and thermal insulation
- Ceiling, roof and roof insulation
- Windows (4+12+4 double glazing), membrane-pressed internal doors and steel front door
- Concealed electrical installation (SIEMENS fuses, residual current device, 3 sockets per room)
- Concealed plumbing; basin, kitchen and shower mixer taps, sink, shower system, WC and shower cubicle
- Tiles, laminate flooring, interior and exterior paint; kitchen units, worktop and bathroom cabinet
Not included in the price:
- Construction of the foundation slab
- Electricity, water, sewer or septic tank, natural gas and telecom connections and subscriptions
- Light fittings
- Air conditioning unit (air conditioning pipework can be installed at extra cost on request)
- Permit costs for projects requiring planning permission
- VAT
Production and Delivery Process
- Design: The plan is finalised architecturally and technically according to your plot conditions and requirements.
- Production: The light gauge steel structural system, wall and roof elements are produced in our facility in Gaziantep.
- Shipping: The manufactured building elements are securely packed and shipped to the installation site.
- Assembly: The steel structure is erected; wall, roof and insulation works are carried out.
- Handover: Interior and exterior works are completed, final checks are carried out and the house is handed over ready to move in.
The delivery time stated in the contract is 60 working days. It starts once the down payment has been received and the foundation slab has been handed over in suitable condition.
